Very good location when to go for shopping and for restaurants.

Some of electrical outlets were broken.If we use this hotel as business and must use PC, it may not be suitable for the business as the chair does not backrest.I had some works to do by my laptop in this hotel, it was not comfortable to do such work.

Breakfast was simple and tasty. Better than the other hotels around the same area. Service staff during breakfast were courteous, helpful and had good service. Morning pho was good too. Porter service was good and friendly. Security at night was vigilant. There were no strangers wondering around on the property. Shower in the bathroom was strong and had good heating water system.

Check in at the hotel was a bit slow. Bathroom table top was too small. Not enough bottles of drinking water provided, 2 small bottles were insufficient.

The staff and the location - room space

On 10th floor 1006 - I heard door smashing sound every morning at 6:30 maybe it was a door exit or other room closing door which wake me up every morning

The location is fantastic in the Japanese quarter and so close to the centre. The staff friendly, and room was great.

The umbrellas at the pool were broken so there wasn’t any shade.

Beautiful decor in the lobby. Free afternoon tea with cakes and a selection of different teas. Staff were able to change money for us and they booked day trips for us.

The air conditioning didn't work. The light in the bathroom worked sometimes so we had to shower etc in the dark. Wallpaper is peeling off the corridors, carpets need changing and the towels were horrible to use.

Breakfast Buffet was good. Pool and Sauna was nice. Great Central location.

Location, being constantly harassed by locals to buy buy buy, even when told no, we were not interested, they kept following us saying, one dollar one dollar. Felt unsafe

Great location, great design in the lobby, restaurant and rooftop. Included breakfast was great with loads of choice and quality food.

unfortunately the 10th floor was being renovated and hotel next door was being built. Workmen and drills from 7am

The breakfast buffet was amazing!

My husband left his documents in our room after we left. We called the hotel and asked them to scan and email them to us, but they didn't and we never retrieved our documents. So, we were not impressed with that.

lovely hotel, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff were absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful, arranging tours and accommodating us when there was an issue and delay with our inbound flight. Thank you!

I thought the hotel looked good ,very chilled ,staff was great,good value for money loved the rooftop area small pool but cooled you down.and nice place to relax.Grab taxis are very cheap and hotel is close to most tourist parts

The location is great. On a relatively quiet street not far from the centre at all. Air conditioning works fabulously. Buffet breakfast is really decent too plus the staff were excellent. The pool is a little tricky to find but is clean and pleasant.

Building work going on constantly both in and outside the hotel. One is a building next door, which isn’t the hotels fault.
